Why A New Play Demands a New Stage
In his book The Experience Economy, Joe Pine exhorts consulting companies to make their work more engaging and transformational -- and points out that they should “stage memorable events that would enable clients to experience what it would be like to live in a world where the strategy has been achieved.”
Before Starizon could impart such an approach to clients, we first had to take that advice ourselves -- which is why we created our unique Experience Design and Staging Place in Keystone, Colorado. Here, Starizon immerses clients in an inspirational and instructive Experience environment that lets them live the changes they desire to make.
Located in the midst of the four-season Keystone Resort, the 9,000 square foot Place provides accommodations for client teams and all the necessary meeting space and technology to support the work in total. The Place is customized to fit Starizon’s consulting methodology – a proprietary process where clients map and execute their Experience strategy in concert with Starizon’s guidance. Executive work teams (of up to 12) will find Starizon sized especially for them, distinctive for the way its location, architecture, and personal experiences support the work that goes on within its walls.
We knew that if we were to truly be in the transformation business ourselves that we would need a one-of-a-kind environment in which to stage our work and elicit true client change. It’s why we created a place all our own – and yours.
