Starizon offers four distinct client memberships that have been designed to meet the needs of companies at various points along the development and readiness curve. There is room for additional customization to provide a distinct experience and outcome.

Envision

Envision is a two-day, two-night session at Starizon that features an exposure to Starizon as an idea, a place, and an approach, iincluding an introduction to Experience Economy concepts and the

6-I’s of Experience process as well as a Virtual Experience Expedition to business Experience exemplars. This membership includes focused idea generation around experience possibilities within your organization resulting in a prioritized list of the best ones and determination of which to pursue with further membership options. Envision is ideal for teams that need essential direction and guidance to envision the impact of an intentionally designed Experience within their organization.

Imagine

Imagine is a three-month rapid design engagement (highlighted by a four-and-one-half-day experience exploration at Starizon) that enables the client team to use the most advanced Experience Design and Staging methods and examples to re-conceive their business as an innovative experience-based one. Imagine includes an Experience Expedition to business Experience exemplars in Denver and results in the creation of a fully-integrated, high-concept theme, a declaration (providing the full vision of WHAT the Experience should be), and an Experience Map with specific strategies and tactics, providing all the necessary insight to envision the transformation. Clients spend the final half-day at Starizon planning the top implementation priorities of their experience strategies. Imagines are for those companies that want to look at a specific Customer Experience.

Explore

Explore takes clients further and deeper in their understanding than an Imagine. This is a membership for those that want to design an innovative Customer Experience as well as a differentiating Experience for a second audience (e.g., staff). This six-month membership begins with an Experience Expedition in a major Experience hub city and includes two extended visits to Starizon. The outcome is a fully envisioned Experience Map and Plan that address both audiences you select for the work.

Discover

Discover is for those clients who are working on a new facility or renovation of an existing building and who realize that the

first  step is to design the Customer Experience that will be staged within. This membership takes all of the ideation and planning around each of the 6-I’s of Experience to a much greater depth.  It provides the foundational deliverables of an operational theme, declaration and Experience Map and Plan -- but it translates the new Experience ideas for a facility or campus into compelling renderings from former Disney Imagineers.  Additionally, Starizon works with you on a compelling strategy story to engage and immerse your employees in the direction of your new facility and embedded Customer Experience. This membership features an Experience Expedition to an Experience Hub (like New York, Orlando, Chicago, or Seattle) to extract success principles from Experience Economy exemplars; one extended visit to Starizon; and a session at Spatial Story Studios in Las Vegas (with another Experience Expedition).
