- Working with a multi-billion dollar consumer technology company
to bring together disparate divisions to design and create a
single customer view that enables mass customized offerings at
every customer interaction.
- Advising a major real estate development company on all Experience
Design aspects of a new-to-the-world retail tourism destination.
- Engaged with the largest medical system in the world on a transformative
Outpatient Experience that changes everything about the delivery
of care outside of the hospital, and which will be used as a
model for future development projects totaling $3 billion.
- Working with a major consumer / industrial goods manufacturer
on designing a location-based Flagship Experience for customers.
- Worked with the ownership and executive management group of
a major professional sports franchise on the experiential elements
needed to create a more complete "fan experience" as
the basis of a multi-million dollar stadium renovation project. Outcome
of our work was used to guide all aspects of renovation and operations.
- Engaged with one of the largest health systems in the United
States to create a fully integrated Employee Experience designed
to ingrain a new “culture of experience.”
- Working with one of the largest suppliers to the financial services industry
to develop new experience-based offerings that will be specifically
used to transform their customers’ businesses.
- Designed a new Employee Experience for a small community hospital that
wanted to be world class in their innovations and aspirations.
- Conducted an ongoing effort with one of the world’s largest
software companies to go beyond their traditional advertising
and promotional techniques to stage unique marketing experiences
in full cooperation with industry partners and suppliers.
